While quick weight loss programs may be effective and useful when you need to lose some extra pounds in a pinch, they are not overly effective in the long term.  It all depends on what you need and what you prefer.  If you are willing to go with an erratic quick weight loss diet, then by all means, you should.  However, if you want to lose some extra weight without sacrificing your health, follow these suggestions for quick weight loss.
