Fruits that are known to contain a large amount of dietary fiber are dried fruits, berries, and citrus fruits like oranges and mangoes. To get the proper amount of fiber from your vegetables, it is recommended that you eat dark green leafy vegetables like broccoli and green peas. Additionally, you should eat driued peas and beans like chick peas and lentils. Nuts and seeds like almonds and soynuts are also known to contain a large amount of dietary fiber.
