Living and Dyeing Under the Big Sky Adventures of a studio artist who works primarily with textile art. My blank canvas is plain white fabric. I use paint, dye, screen printing, natural elements, stamping, etc. to create one of a kind pieces of fabric which become the foundation for my art quilts, stretched canvas pieces and one of a kind wearable art.
I dye yarn that does all the work. The colors variegate and change as you knit. I use this blog to show off colorways in development, my knitting and inspiration. My life and loves (other than color) pop up too.
Dyer, embellisher, quilter and experimenter. Loving all things textile.
Dyers Community This community is for dyers - those who create new fabric through dyeing, and /or those who dye yarn and threads. Natural dyers are also welcome to join.
