Prairie Trail Kennel We are a family business, dedicated to dogs. We board and groom all types of dogs and sell ACANA dog food. We also show both Newfoundland and Irish Wolfhounds. Someday we will be breeding both breeds to start are own lines!
Site of a small hobby breeder of quality, OFA certified newfoundlands. We only have a few litters per year, and follow AKC breed standards.We are certifying hips, elbows,heart,patellas,thyroid,eyes, and doing cystinuria checks.

Working dogs, bred for structure,health,old type,temperament,intelligence,not bred for the new fangled huge head, nor the over done coats.
Our newfs are sufficient, not messed with to conform to breed community vogues.
