RosyRetro LOVES knitting! 37 years young....heading towards 40 with knitting needles in hand like guns a kimbo...Knitting can be funky, sassy, stylish and down right relaxing!
In our stressful world, I am a knitting preacher, looking to wrap the world in fluffy yarn and bamboo needles...If I hear a 'granny knits' comment I turn into the incredible 50 foot woman and stomp....Inspired by the kitsch and colour of the 1950s, along with trips to japan and america, my style as a designer is a mix of retro and contemporary pop culture, bringing about a unique style for the home...I love the world of knitters from masondixon to stitch'n'bitch...knitters are alive and well and knit & natters are springing up like daisies after a rainstorm.So what's my blog about? yarn and knitting and more yarn and lots of pictures of wool along with a few sheep thrown in to promote the wool industry (my carpet at home is wool and of very sound quality.Thank you sheep:).So, if you are interested in knitting, a novice or an expert, come join my merry flock.....
