Rainbow Pastor I write about my life as the transplanted American pastor of a GLBT congregation in Canada. Theology, current events, politics, family life, pets, art, music, movies, and literature all get thrown into the mix--for some occasionally very interesting results!
I'm an Episcopal seminarian at Church Divinity School of the Pacific in Berkeley, CA. The +Robinson election brought me back to the church, and here I am, a feather on the dove's left wing.
Does the church make sense or do we make it too hard for people to come in? I think yes and yes and the task then is to make it easier. Maybe for someone out there, this will be the case. I write as a Lutheran although I might seem out of the mainstream from time to time. That's okay, isn't it? Let's blog on.
