Full of Scrap - Scrapbooking with Chelle Hi, I am Chelle, a stay at home mom of two boys, a military wife and soon to be a homeschooling mom. I started scrapbooking about three years ago, and I love it. I now have my own scrapbooking area in my home, and I will put layout ideas and pictures on this scrappers blog. I love to paint colorful whimsical worlds filled with abstract symbols and shapes using brilliant colors. I also love to paint bird art.
My blog features writings about my art, travel adventures and ramblings about what inspires me. You will find images and paintings of my art as well as features about other artists and creative things that cross my path.
We are each on our own personal journey and we travel not only to physical locations but also to different places with our thoughts, our dreams and our senses. My art comes from my imagination. In my art, the idea of “Journey” is explored through imagery such as home, flowing rivers, paths on mountains, a bird in flight. I love the idea that one’s marks can be a visual language and tell a story. The symbolism behind these images can be interpreted in any way the viewer would like to imagine. I would hope that each person will bring their own story to my art while viewing them. I also hope people leave comments on my blog and I can get to know others and be inspired by what others are thinking and doing.

I have a strong interest in mythology, dreams and symbolism which influence my creations.
We are a military family living in Germany, we LOVE to travel, take pictures and I gotta scrapbook! My blog is all about that and more.
