A Skin Cancer Blog is a blog about my personal battle with Melanoma. In my blog, I will describe all of the various treatments that I have had to undergo after being diagnosed with stage 2 melanoma. Readers will be able to read about everything from the day I was diagnosed, through the tests and operation, and the recovery from the operation. They will be able to read about my thoughts and feelings through the entire process.
The blog will also talk about health care in the United States. It will also have other information regarding cancer and general health that could be useful for the general public.
I will try to do my best to bring a human touch to the potentially deadly disease, Melanoma, and will tell readers the signs and symptoms of melanoma so that they will be able to catch it early, and hopefully avoid painful treatments and, even worse, death.
I will also be including a list of the websites that I found to be the most useful and I will try to do my bet to offer advice if anyone should happen to get an unexpected diagnosis of melanoma.
