If knitting were less addictive, I'd have more published, and thus my academic status would be far more secure. Instead, I'm a overwhelmed pre-tenure academic, who nonetheless finds more time than she ought to knit.
...in which an adjunct finds herself teaching, writing courses, knitting, crocheting, and reading. Then, there's the rest of life, too! :)
