DICKSONS OF MAGDALEN ISLANDS Covers the Dicksons who migrated from Scotland/Ireland to the Magdalen islands and Nova Scotia area. My husband's family SHIRES is also included.
We are located in rural Tatamagouche, Nova Scotia and our business is family owned and operated.
Our goal is to breed with the continued improvement of the German Shephered Dog in mind.
Adding a dog to your family, whatever the breed, requires a lot of thought. If it is a German Shepherd you have decided upon, select a temperament you feel will be compatible with your human family as various breedlines are produced for various specific purposes.
We offer traditional Obedience Classes and Board and a Train Program in which the dog is left with us for a 2 week period and any behaviour issues are dealt with as well as Obedience Lessons taught.
Brenda Tate is an award-winning Nova Scotia poet and teacher. She interprets with an observant eye the natural and social environment around her. The Writer's Respite features samples of Brenda's poetry and photography, as well as work by guest authors.
