Dyeing 2 Sew my musings and thoughts on my textile life...my teaching, works in progress, design ideas and inspirations and how I view the world around me
I am an art quilter, but my blog is more about my life in Cairo and the travelling with my husband, who is an Australian diplomat.
My blog displays my work (quilting, pastels, writing, photography, etc.), and I try to focus my written posts on the creative process, things that effect the creative process, what I'm inspired by, and personal comments on books (quilting) and articles (art-related) that I find interesting or informative.
Artful Quilters Blog Community This community is for quilt artists whose focus is making contemporary, innovative, non-traditional, and/or experimental quilts to share their blogs, exchange thoughts about the process of art quilting, and share other bits of life that swirl around quilt making. While we enjoy and admire more traditional quilts, this community is not intended for blogs that focus on traditional quilting.
