Grace Anne Nugent- A Celebration of Life This is the story of our journey with our daughter Grace who was born with full trisomy 18. She lived for 2 months. She was a blessing and a gift. Her story is one of hope to families that get a fatal diagnosis.

We made this web page in memory of Leyna Marie was born and got her wings at the 23September2005. She had a condition called Trisomy18. We love and miss her very much!!!
