Living the Christian life in a not-very-Christian-world can be tough. Oh heck, let's not kid ourselves - it seems almost impossible sometimes. But, I think, as long as we can keep a little humor, have a lot of perseverance and spend plenty of time on our knees, we can live victorious lives. My favorite things to write about are my thoughts, aspirations, the demons I struggle with and the countless reasons God has given me to lift my chin every morning and face the day with certainty in knowing God is a good God who loves His children and wants to bless them.
Can we, as followers of Jesus Christ really be godly people? Can we actually love others as ourselves and forgive others and serve others? Is there hope that surpasses every fear we have ever had and ever will have? Can Jesus transform the difficult relationships in my life and morph them into something that could glorify Him? I say YES to all of these questions, because I see Him working in my life, and I have never experienced anything more exciting than that!
Clearly the U.S. is not simply red and blue states alone, but a mix of the two, rather a 'purple world'. Let's have liberals and conservative dialogue and find out what we can discover about eachother.
Christian Bloggers Since this is a journal/diary/blog community - I see it as something obvious that you keep an online journal on your site. The code must be placed on the page you submit to the community. It can be on a splash page, on a communitys page, or on the journal page itself. If it is on a pop-up page, you will have to submit the URL of that page. No exceptions! I want this to be a quality community. All sites must be Christian in nature. No porn, no hate sites. Sites should reflect Christian beliefs. Denomination is not important. This is a family friendly community and will be maintained as such. All sites will be reviewed before submission to the community.
