Malka's Musings
weblog

how i got lost, how lost i got, and how i manage to unlose myself in the quest between halfway here and halfway there--a jewish perspective on the BT in me.

Jewish, single, 30s, female, NYC. Blog started as a way to keep in contact with family and friends without having to email everyone individually, since I come from sunny Southern California. Now, of course, there is Facebook. Nonetheless, I still believe that blogging has a place. I don't yet count this blog as relevant to anything in particular, but I still think that maybe this will coalesce into something less random. Only time will tell. Some philosophies I like: Im tirtzu, ain zo agada (aka, "If I want bad enough, than it's in the bag; if I don't, you're a mere distraction) Parties aren't complete without Dr. Pepper. The way the blatant racism is uncovered in the joke that ends, "Iceberg, Greenberg, what's the difference?" This is the original site description that I wrote in 2005. It is pretty much the same, but the above is fancier (aka "tarted up"):I live in NYC and randomly blog as the mood strikes about whatever the mood is. I aspire to have a better site description some day.
