I am a 34 years old single mom who loves to cook. You most likely will see plenty of photos of vegan dishes. I make all my food from scratch, no processed foods. I am a small business owner.
I have been have been vegetarian for over 12 years, and became Vegan in August 2004. Why did I ever wait so long? In my food intake I was eating Vegan for quite some time. I eat a lot of raw fruits, vegetables, nuts, dehydrated foods, soups, lightly steamed foods, and sautéed dishes. My daughter loves Vegan cuisine and is by no means \'limited\' in her food choices. Check back often, as I will post pictures of what we eat throughout the week.
I am athletic. I have a few upcoming Figure competitions this year. I enjoy spending time with my daughter, skydiving, inline skating, staying in shape, cooking, nature, museums, history, reading, etc. I am active in volunteer groups in my area.
ameriBLOGs There are weblog communitys for Aussies, Brits, Canadians and just about everyone else. So, why not one for us Yanks. Everyone else around the world hates us, so the least we can do is show some love for each other.
