David Meade went from British subject to American Citizen ducommunity his life time and was personally acquainted with many of our founding fathers like George Washington and Thomas Jefferson. This autobiography is the first half of the non-copyrighted book edited by Henry Peet in 1883 called, "The Chaumiere Papers."
