Vitae Spiritualies Ianua Vitae Spiritualies Ianua is a website that seeks unity among Christians through collaboration in the social communications media of the Internet. Collaboration is in terms of supporting one another in their website development, site promotion and other resources needed for such.
A meditation on the Passion of Christ through the Holy Gospels, The Dolorous Passion of Ven. Anne Catherine Emmerich, The Mystical City of God of Ven. Mary of Agreda, the Via Crucis, the Via Matris and other devotions.
From their humble beginnings, the Templar Knights rose, as the first Military Religious Order of the Catholic Church, to a position of prestige, honor and wealth, only to be crushed and defeated by accusation, scandal and political intrigue within two and a half centuries of their foundation.
Who were these Knights, so eloquently praised by the great St. Bernard of Clairvaux, who swore themselves under religious vows to defend Christiandom? What place did they hold in history? Why do they still hold fascination for modern man?
CHRISTIANITY The purpose of our community is Christian unity, as in the times of Jesus. Jesus prays for Christian unity in John 17:11, and unity echoes throughout the Bible, such as the Epistles of St. Paul [Romans 15:5-6, 1 Corinthians 1:10, Galatians 3:27-28, Ephesians 4:1-5, and Philippians 1:27]. We emphasize our common bonds - our love of Jesus Christ, the Son of God the Father, who sends us the Holy Spirit; Baptism; the Bible, especially the New Testament, the same for all of Christianity; and our respect for life and the natural law.
