My site contains various forms of original poetry, short stories, water color paintings, disability information, my life with multiple sclerosis, fibromyalgia, meniere's disease, bleeding disorder, abuse, domestic violence and my journey toward acceptance and healing as well as trying to live my life to the fullest.
Are you bogged down in the bureaucracy and indifference of the HealthCare, Social Security, Veteran's Administration, Military medical, Legal, Disability Insurance, and Workers' Compensation systems? We have been there too! The purpose of this web site is to share with others our experiences and the results of our research. Hopefully it will help you come to a better understanding of your rights and responsibilities so that you can make more informed decisions and be better enabled to seek professional guidance about your situation. We are not medical or legal professionals. We are people just like you who were lonely and frustrated trying to find help when none seemed to be available.
Disabilities Community The Disabilities Community is a grouping of sites for those who deal with a disability, in their daily lives at home or work.These can include sites that provide information about a specific disability, support groups for disabilities, personal home pages by the disabled or their families.{;}Commercial sites are welcome but only if 75% or more of the site is disability-related!
