In Loving Memory Of Jacob A memorial in loving memory of my son Jacob who went to Heaven on 9-11-01.
A memorial I did for my son who was stillborn at 24 weeks gestation on August 9, 2000. He died from lack of oxygen from the placenta due to dehydration because I was very sick with Hyperemesis Gravidarum. He will be missed by his Mommy and Daddy.{;}
