BiblioBlog Book reviews and more by a Neurotic Fishgirl.
One woman's quest to live well, spend less and make Texas her home. This site is for residents or visitors to Texas who are budget conscious and want to ensure they get the most out of every dollar. There are many entries for things to do with children. The blog concentrates on the greater Houston area meaning it discusses things to do, buy and eat from Galveston clear through to Grimes county and out past Brennan. It also has items from the rest of Texas as well, such as San Antonio, and as it grows will cover more and more of the state. There are lots of photographs and videos so if you want to see different aspects of Texas this is a great site. The blog links to a Flickr page and to a YouTube channel for even more photographs and videos. The great thing about this site is that the sections on things to do feature many actiities that are completely free. There are so many benefits to living in Texas from the Sam Houston National Forest to the Galveston beaches and the site brings them all together so that the reader can take advantage of them.
