Canines Desperate Details the neglect of 67 german sheperd and golden retriever dogs by a puppy mill operator who supposedly raises the dogs as service/helper dogs for the disabled. Located in Indiana this operator has a history of collecting and neglecting these dogs. Not to mention praying on disabled persons who fall victim to her operation.
