Upsilon Weyr Upsilon Weyr is a 16th Pass Pern Weyr. It has been created to help ease the overcrouding in many Northern Weyrs. Upsilon Weyr is located in the crater of a dead volcano. Caves larger than the biggest Queen run through the cliffs. The Weyr can house over two hundred dragons easily. {;}{;}There is a natural cavern that serves as the Hatching Sands. The heated sands have yet to warm a clutch of eggs. Young Goldrider Narilla and her gold, Vynyth, flew over the crater while on a leisurely flight. She asked to open the new Weyr and was granted her request. She named the Weyr after her parents' Hold that was located near the crater. {;}{;}Thread still falls. AIVAS was found, but it was wrecked beyond repair when an earthquake shook it until it nearly collapsed. The Northern Weyrs see Upsilon Weyr as a hope for the future of the Southern Continent. {;}{;}Upsilon Weyr is new and ready for action! Many ranking positions are still open. A clutch is on the sands, and the Senior gold will be rising really soon!! {;}{;}Upsilon is an approved Pern RP club that uses full-posting style.

Andromeda is located on a tip of land that stretches from the Southern Continent into the Southern Sea and reaches north. Andromeda is located in the center of the Peninsula.{;}{;}History{;}{;}Over a hundred Turns ago a pair of dragonriders founded Andromeda Weyr. It is located on a Peninsula on the Southern Continent. The Goldrider and Bronzerider that founded the Weyr opened it as a Training Weyr. According to the hides left behind, that Idea failed for lack of the support from the Lord Holders. They did not see why they should be repsonsible for a Weyr on the Southern Continent. Hence the weyr was deserted. Hence the weyr was deserted. {;}{;}That is, until Myria rediscovered it a decade later and reopened it as a fighting Weyr. With permission she left her home Weyr to reopen the Andromeda Weyr. {;}{;}The Hatching proved to be an exciting one! Now, there are 26 Weyrlings that grace Andromeda's Weyrling Barracks! And the Gold Weyrling is up for adoption! Which means one thing. A CONTEST!
