Digital Artist Angela Tossell allowing graphics in png format to be used strictly for personal non-commercial use only. 1,000 plus graphics in png, blank snagz, tagz, blank banners, banner exchange, seamless tiles, both in pictured and patterned, glitters, some glitter snagz, signatures, own avartars put on site for members to use. Members can open albums, and html code is allowed in forum for those who wish to link their graphics to photobucket, imageshack, servimg.com etc. There are TOU on using the graphics, so upon joining please read and sign the rules on useage before downloading them. Remember to add my copyright to what you create using my graphics.
