This site provides Australian Terrier breed information, and up to date news about the kennel, including dog show and agility trial results. In addition, the site provides tips and ideas about selecting a breed, a breeder and how to spot a puppy mill and why they should be avoided. The site illustrates many points made in the text through numerous photos. My own Australian Terrier show dog, Teddi, represents her breed's characteristics, including her abilities as a show dog and a canine athlete. Her prestigious pedigree is provided as well as close-up photos of her parents. The site devotes a great deal of time to my policies, beliefs and requirements regarding breeding puppies. In that regard, the show/hobby breeder is highlighted. Characteristics of the show/hobby breeder are discussed, such as care in selecting the breeding pair, taking their breeding stock to dog shows to confirm that the stock are worthy representatives of their breed through examination by a judge, and keeping a nurturing and clean environment for the puppies. Puppy mills are presented in a negative light and the site's visitors are advised against the purchase of such a breeder's puppies.
