Spirits Within Reiki I, II and III instruction. My classes are very informal. My goal is to make everyone comfortable and at ease. The first class is informational, I ask everyone to share what brought them into Reiki. We discuss the history of Reiki and then we end the evening with a group meditation and a question to ponder in their dreams. This class lasts approximately 3 hours.{;}{;}The second, and final, evening starts with the attunement. Then instruction on hands-on self-healing, and, finally direct hands-on healing both individually and as a group. Depending on how many students there are, this class will take 4 hours or longer.
