The JuPiter Station The Station is dedicated to archiving fanfic stories devoted to the Janeway/Paris relationship, both platonic and romantic (even stories with a third person involve [ex. J/C/P]). The Earth is already being actively observed by several races from other star systems.This site combines prose commentary about the truth of this fact along with speculative fiction. The current SciFi novel, which will be offered free chapter by chapter is called "Edelbach's Odyssey and offers a hypothetical scenario that attempts to make sense of current visitations and abductions that, even the U.S. Government is admitting has some basis in fact. The novel is set in the not so distant future where the urban gang culture has become so pervasive that law enforcement can barely keep them at bay. The hero, Albert Edelbach sells "civil ordinance," high powered war weapons to local police departments whose local governments have enough guts to declare the powerful laser-based weapons legal.
In Chapter 1, Edelbach, is travelling from near Chicago to St. Louis to call on the St. Louis police department, one of his customers. Along the way he runs up against what he thinks is one of the frequent gangster road blocks. Upon closer examination the people standing across the road have a very peculiar appearance. He finds his body seizing up with some kind of paralysis as the line of road-blockers start to advance toward his car...
