At Stumpy's Ranch, you can Visit our Animals and get acquainted with them or you may even Stay and Ride our more Gentle and Docile Steeds.
Stay for a day or stay overnight. We provide Trail Rides, Cattle Drives and Chuck Wagon Meals.
You can ride out into the Wild Blue Yonder with a guide and stay overnight by a campfire telling stories about Bigfoot and the big fish you caught yesterday at the nearby fish filled lakes where Bass, Carp, Catfish, Rainbow Trout and Tiger Musky are prevalent.
Sleep all snuggled in a sleeping bag or stay in a Cozy Cabin.
At Stumpys Ranch you can Rest assured that your Family Fun will be a time to remember. We will even take your pics as part of the package and post them on our Blog and on our Wall of Fame.
We have Horses, Mini Horses, Donkeys, Pygmy Goats, Sheep, Pigs, Gray Geese and more. Some of our animals are rescue projects and are doing very well.
We have two Homozygous Horses. First is Oreo. She is a Black and White Paint and is Stumpys favorite riding horse. She is special in that Stumpy only has one leg but with the aid of Oreo squatting down and sliding under Stumpy when he mounts her, he gets on her back easily.
The other Homozygous horse is also a paint. She is Brown and White. Her name is Paige. She is a Rescued horse and is doing very well at Stumpy's Ranch.
We strive to produce quality paint horses with excellent conformation, intelligence, dispositions, bloodlines and athletic ability for the performer or the pleasure rider. Dakota Mint Ranger, black/bay homozygous stallion, will be raised as our junior stallion. He is the son of Tempo Mint, line-bred Three Bars and out of a black and white tobiano Cowboy Ranger bred mare. {;}
Homozygous Horse This community is for horse sites with Pintos, Paints or other breeds of equine that are homozygous for the tobiano, spotting, black or grey gene. The site must clearly show some type of homozygous horse(s) on the site. No horse model sites, sim game site, or horse products please. Including but not limited to Arabians, Paints, QH, Saddlebred, National Show Horse(NSH), Appaloosa, & Pintos. Web sites must be G rated for family viewing.{;}
