The Tyranny of Materiality As a doctoral student I am studying myself [within the larger context of culture] and the myriad of issues surrounding my previous Spinal Cord Injury and its subsequent fallout....I am specifically interested in interpreting the primacy of the visual / material and explorations into memory etc.
