Julie Light Pagan Webcomic Julie Light is a comic with a lighthearted look at religious tolerance and finding your spiritual path.
Julie is a Wiccan. Karen is a Christian. Julie and Karen are best friends. The comic centers on both of them, showing the beauty in difference between their religions.
Julie goes through the pitfalls that many new pagans experience.
New characters include Thud (a spirit guide), a blind girl, leader of the Pagan Community, Mark, Julie's cousin, and many more!
Lovingly pokes fun at the Pagan community while showing off the beauty and wonder found therein.
Some experiences are pulled through the artist's own life - including the strip where Julie glues her athame to the ceiling!
Another comic that Jodi does is Rottin Rotti and there are links to some of her friends on the links page.
The site is always changing and updating new artwork and new products - all Pagan friendly!
Updated every Tuesday and Thursday. Created by Jodi Serge. Look for Julie on Twitter and facebook too!
An investigation into the Old Religion of Britain, supporting its belief in reincarnation. Clues from Welsh mythology, Irish myth and legend, Norse saga and poetry, archaeology, the Eleusinian Mysteries of Ancient Greece, Plato, the Athenian dramatists, Homer, the English poetic intuition of Geoffrey Chaucer, Edmund Spenser, William Blake and a host of other clues; but surprisingly and perhaps intriguingly, from MEDIEVAL ROMANCE and MEDIEVAL ARTHURIAN LEGEND. These weird Medieval tales are strange, evocative and compelling for a very good reason, the visitor will find argued. They sought to protect, disguise and preserve the old pagan religion, and in particular the idea of reincarnation, at a time when a person could be burnt at the stake for such heresy. This site includes Modern English translations of over thirty entertaining and I hope fascinating tales and Romances that are found in Middle English manuscripts of the fourteenth and fifteenth centuries.
Welcome to the Free 4 Pagans website, here you will find tons of useful information for Pagans and non-Pagans alike.
Many religious path mistake Paganism as a devil worshiping cult. This is simply not the case. Someone who refers to themselves as a Pagan is simply stating that he/she is not of the traditional Christian, Jewish or Islamic belief systems. The term Pagan comes from the Latin word paganus which translate to mean country dweller.
Beginning thousands of years prior to the inception of the single Judeo Christian God, belief systems were filled with multiple gods/goddesses. Upon the coming of the "God" belief, believers in faiths such as the Greeks, Romans, Egyptians, Asians etc etc were now called Pagan Heathens. Anyone or group of people who dare to refute the existence of "God" were either tortured to submission or murdered if they refused to convert.
Please click the links to visit other areas of our website for further information on the above mentions issues. You will find both fact as well as fiction throughout this site as a way to assist with the dissolving of myth and awakening of reality. My goal with this site it to create a better knowledge of faiths, not conversion from one to another.
Pagan Spirit Community This community is designed to bcommunity together sites that enrich the pagan community as a whole. What does this mean exactly? It means that ANY site can join, so long as there is a pagan theme to it. This includes art, poetry, music, spell books, sites on myths and legends, gods and goddesses and educational sites. Your site does not have to be solely devoted to Wicca, or any one religion. Unlike many communitys, this one gladly welcomes commercial sites, so long as they are pagan related. {;}
