Something Woven This Way Comes
My adventures in learning the process of weaving. You will probably see where I make mistakes (and sometimes there are a lot of them), and when I'm excited about a new purchase. A 1,000 character MINIMUM is a little excessive! Not just a little, but VERY. I can't come up with that many characters so I will type random things. I weave I weave I weave I weave I used to knit but not so much anymore . I weave . I weave. I weave . I weave . I weave . I buy weaving stuff. I weave.. I buy weaving stuff. I buy weaving stuff. I've had at least 5 different looms. I started with a Harrisville I bought at a thrift shop. I fixed it up, then sold it Supercalifragilisticexpialidocious. Supercalifragilisticexpialidocious . Supercalifragilisticexpialidocious . Supercalifragilisticexpialidocious . Supercalifragilisticexpialidocious . And again Supercalifragilisticexpialidocious .

Adventures of a weaving newbie who already has too many looms. If my cats don't destroy my weaving first, then I might get something done around here! I like to weave with cotton and fancy yarns, too! I am awfully fond of the colors green and purple. I also crochet, and craft things out of my immense fabric stash (that really needs to be weeded.) In my "spare" time, I write rural fantasy novels, garden, pet my cats, collect antique items, such as vintage clothing, handmade pottery, weaving implements, and lots of other stuff. I have also recently started to teach myself how to play the fiddle!! Maybe I should put in extra punctuation to get to the 1000 character minimum... that might help. Let's see. I like rigid heddle looms and I have a Glimakra Emilia (named Emilia, of course), a LeClerc Bergere (Francois), and a Anders Lervad rigid heddle loom (Junior). I also have an old Union #36 (Elizabeth), a Glimakra Pysslingen (Ester), a metal Structo loom (Nigel), a reproduction tape loom (unnamed for now), a Kessenich table loom (Jane), and a Harrisville Designs floor loom (Lily or Lisbet; I haven't decided yet.)Weaving makes me feel Supercalifragilisticexpialidocious! There we go. :)

Thoughts about my weaving, spinning, knitting projects. Some other fiber arts will be brought up at times, along with other things that come to mind!!
