Bruce Bouley Author B. A. Bouley is an aspiring author who published his first book "Miracle In The Bering Sea". He enjoys writing fiction based on true incidents. Born in Norwich, Connecticut, on May 11.; he is married and the father of two children. B. A. Bouley first retired as a police officer in Connecticut and then on a second retirement as a director of safety. He currently resides in Florida with his wife. He was diagnosed with debilitating disease and now spends a portion of his time pursuing his passion for writing. From the Book: "There was organized confusion on deck. Scotty and Makya grabbed one of the victims from the raft, who was only clad in a T-shirt and long johns, and quickly carried him into the galley and laid him on the floor. Scotty grabbed some warm, dry blankets and placed them over the first victim. Makya checked for vital signs, but there were none, and he began administering CPR. Makya saw that the man could be no older then thirty and that his skin was turning blue. The man’s eyes were staring into space; his face was as white as a pillowcase, with a lifeless look. Makya closed the eyelids and continued with the CPR."
