Love God. Love People. Hi there, I'm Jena. Just a girl trying my best to live my life for the One who gave His for me.
God has given me the heart and desire to want to reach out to those people who are constantly overlooked or simply ignored, especially those right here in Indianapolis. Everyone needs love, period. I want to be a part of helping people realize that they are more than their economic status, addiction, difficulties, criminal record, appearance, past struggles, living situation, handicaps, or abuses suffered. Despite what this world has been telling all of us, there is beauty in every single person and each and every one of us is loved more than we could ever know by a God who is greater than we could ever imagine.
I'm always down for meeting new people, talking, hearing stories, learning, growing, and whatever else...
So, here I am to share bits and pieces of my life and such...I hope some things will open your eyes, encourage you, help you see love a little differently; and I hope other things will get you a little fired up, make you think, and challenge you to, as Gandhi said, "be the change you want to see in the world."

3.Updates on neew projects in print and web design that are being worked on. Problem issues and wins that make the project a success or failure.

A native Hoosier and self-proclaimed foodie's viewpoint on dining, cooking and experiencing food in and around the Indianapolis area! If you are adventurous and hungry, join me as I share my culinary exploits! Over the last two months, I have posted six reviews about more popular restaurants and those off the beaten path. While my restaurant reviews are longer than most, I believe they are very conversational and easy to read. I try to inject humor and sometimes even a few food lessons in my writing. I do not get paid for any of the reviews I do. It's simply a hobby. I will not love all of the food I review - but I will try to highlight the good, if the good exists.
My husband and I cook 5 nights a week, and at least 2 of those nights are experimenting wtih new recipes. We just really appreciate food - the unique flavors certain spices offer and how vegetables and meats can come together to create a unique and amazing flavor experience. Many times we try things out and come home to try to duplicate the experience. Food is our passion and I want to share that with others in Indy.
