Big Jessie I make an assortment of handmade greetings cards and embellishments, which you can purchase from my Etsy shop and my personal website.
My blog will be used to share all the latest news regarding my latest work and many other topics, from baking, days out, other artists and sellers I come across on Etsy, and anything else that takes my fancy!
I like to make my own embellishments for my cards, as I find this makes my cards unique to me, they really can't be bought any where else. I like to use a variety of materials and techniques, this way I get to be as creative as possible. I also keep my cards quite simple in terms of wording and generally leave the insides blank for you to put your own personal message inside. It's always nice to add that personal touch to a card and say exactly what you want, whether it be simply 'Happy Birthday' or a lengthier personal message.
Cards can be personalised and I'm happy to take custom orders if there is a special card you need, just get in touch.

The web is a huge place and finding that special something is increasingly hard, so we plan to bring to light the sites that we think are noteworthy. Fabulous people and places that might otherwise get missed. Based in the UK we are particularly keen to showcase homegrown talent. But we are not limiting ourselves in this respect.
As creative people we like to think we are hard to impress. As a general rule we are most impressed by things that we couldn't make ourselves. So when we see talent we respect it and want others to know about it also.
We hope the blog will grow overtime into a useful resource or first stop for those seeking new talent or just that perfect gift that's a bit unusual.
