We specialize in Medieval and early Renaissance costumes, but can provide a costume for whatever event you desire. the first recorded instance of
the name, early and present
day notables, a survey of
immigration patterns of the
name, and some background
history of the national origin
of the name.
Since 1971, our professional researchers have been compiling a
vast library of surname histories. New resources are continually
being added to our library, and our historians continue to develop
new histories and update existing histories. The source material
used for our histories has been chosen for its reliability and
authenticity. Exaggerated or fictional information has been
excluded from the scrolls and any information that can be
attributed to legend or folklore is clearly stated as such. In general,
events and people are only cited if supporting evidence is
available.
Lady Artisan creates sculpture primarily in bronze and pewter.
Lady Artisan does all of her own work. Most Lady Artisan originals are sculpted in wax. Silicone molds of originals are made so that pewter and bronze castings can be created. Many Lady Artisan sculpture is finished with color patina or enamel.
Both bronze and pewter creations are inspired by nature. Leaves and other interesting shapes from nature can be found in both small and large pieces. Fantasy creatures, animals, and the human form are common themes in Lady Artisan works of art.
Bronze waterfountains sound lovely both indoors and out. Bronze bells are individually created giving each a unique sound. Lady Artisan bronze sculpture is often created to be useful.
