Unique and original designs perfect for gifts or for yourself. ChiaPet Rescue is the name of my design company. My tools for creating my designs are typically my camera, Flash, Photoshop, and my scanner. Until a few years ago, I only worked in mixed media and did not do a lot of graphic design. But once I discovered how fun it can be, I have started doing the majority of my work this way.
I have created many characters including flamingos, skunks, armadillos, hogs, and cowboys. Many of my designs are theme-based for the many holidays throughout the year. I like incorporating my characters into themes such as my circus tent design. This design includes my hog and cowboy along with a clown car.
Most of my designs are done in a cartoon style. But I have also been working more on modifying photos that I have taken.
I am now working on a series of designs that are based on the Chia Pet name. My most recent is named Free Range Chia Pets. Very fun.
I have also started a blog in which I write about my designs (and other random thoughts).
