Camera Commune This is the on-line home of my photographic endeavors. It is my hope to create a community based on a mutual respect of photography as an art form and our need as humans to capture the beauty we see around us and share it with others.
As an amateur photographer who likes to dabble in all sorts of mediums, I have found the combination of black and white with select color seems to make a simple photograph a bit more interesting. Therefore COLORMETHIS is a collection of my photographs that I have colorized to one degree or another.
The process used involves taking a color photo; changing it black & white; and then bringing out the original colors from the color photo in select areas of the black & white version.
Life is more visually attractive behind the viewfinder :D
