There is nothing better than eating fresh vegetables raised by my own hand and a good dose of nature on top of it. Discovering wonderful recipes for a glut of tomatoes or courgettes and using wild plants to add extra flavours. Also comes the constant warfare with slugs and snails, not forgetting the hungry bellies of birds after the raspberries. However, Mr Robin, likes to join me when I'm digging and he's most welcome.
