Studio 24-7 Notes on my life in the studio and on the many other artists I am fortunate to know.
Probably best known for her newspaper pet columns, Connie Bloom now weaves her love of animals into her vibrant cloth pet portraits and nature scenes. She also focuses on memorials made from the clothes and other possessions of family and friends who have passed on. The finished artwork becomes a family heirloom to be passed down through the generations.
Join me as I explore the natural beauty of Charlevoix County and interpret northern Michigan's four seasons in textile art.
