I blog about my life as an artist, art teacher, wife, mother to two teenagers, my production of art, my students art work, and whatever else happens to make its way into my jumbled mind.
I'm a plein air painter. I love to paint from life whether it is setting up a still life or painting outdoors. My paintings have been described by another artist as being poetic. I have a strong command of color and see subtle variations in color. My style is painterly with some texture.
