My musings on traditional and art quilts as well as life in general.
My blog is all about my quilting, and sometimes my life gets in too, LOL!
I'm in Michigan some of the year, and Florida most of the time. See my unique Lake Superior view in Michigan, and my Central Florida view in Florida.
I began sewing/crafting in my childhood. I used to make doll clothes from old socks. My Grandmother taught me to embroider first, and then to crochet. May Aunt taught me to knit.
I learned to sew in Home Ed class. Do they have that any more??? I used to make my clothes, then my kids clothes, then Halloween costumes, and finally quilts.
Ahhh, my love, quilts. All things patchwork interest me.
Yes, I still do other crafts, like stamping, cross stitch, embroidery, etc., but my love is now all about patchwork and quilting.
I love quilting and often post about what I'm working on. Sometimes I even post finished quilts!!! LOL!
Follow my quilting adventures in both states. It's a very creative and fun ride! Be sure to post a message while you are there. I love to hear from you.
