i'm 26 and have been overweight since age 10. my goal is to lose 100 pounds by christmas 2009. i weigh approximately 295 pounds and wear a size 22W pants and 18W tops. i also wear size 12 wide shoes. i lost 75 pounds using the biggest loser diet and have gained most of that back by not keeping up the routine.
overall, i am sick of being fat, so i'm going to do this MY way and keep track of my progress here.
