The daily tales of my life. I am a wife, mom of 11 and grandmother to 17 wonderful grand-babies. Ten of our 11 kids have left the nest and we have one left to raise. Who knows where life will take her in the few years she has left at home.
Here you will find a little bit of this, and a little bit of that. Sometimes I post about the many projects that I love to do and sometimes I post about my everyday life. I love to knit and sew, but the one thing I would love to do is learn how to spin yarn.
I live on a small piece of land where my husband and I are raising chickens. Someday tho, we want to have more land to raise more animals. It would be so neat to raise my own sheep for the yarn that I cold knit with.
One of the dreams that I have in life is to sit on my front porch rocking in a rocking chair, looking at the scenery while knitting away listening to the awesome sounds of nature. Where your neighbor isn't in your back yard.
Life just couldn't get any better than that. Life sure is good!
