C.R.O.W.'s mission is to improve the welfare of cats in the San Luis Valley and to increase the bond between humans and cats.
Cats in the care of C.R.O.W. will live cage-free (except for medical reasons) in a network of foster homes in the San Luis Valley. We will strive to rescue and rehome as many cats as possible, including those who have been neglected, abused, or become homeless. To C.R.O.W., every cat is a wanted cat.
The greatness of a nation and its moral progress can be judged by the way its animals are treated.
