Quilts + Color I make quilts using hand dyed fabric.
Sometimes the fabric is dyed by me and sometimes it has been dyed by others.
The fabrics help me to design colorful quilts.
I am fairly new to dyeing (but not art quilting)and have been completely hooked nonetheless by the wondrous patterns that emerge on fabric.
A chronical of my successes and flops dyeing silks and designing fashions that suit the fibers.
Dyers Community This community is for dyers - those who create new fabric through dyeing, and /or those who dye yarn and threads. Natural dyers are also welcome to join.
