This is a Texas Blog about Steaks, State Parks, Wine, Country Music, and bunch of other Texas stuff! I collect antiques, and I like to do fun stuff all over Texas. Of course I love grilling steaks, and fabulous tex-mex, and I’m sure to choose a great cabernet paired with my ribeye or a frozen ‘rita with salt for the beef enchilada platter. I follow Texas country music - with the likes of Pat Green, Kevin Fowler, Cory Morrow, and even going back to Willie Nelson and George Strait.
If it’s Texan, I’ll likely have something to say about it. I might even sneak in some sports, a few recipes, traditional tourist attractions and must see sights in Texas, Houston, and Texas Hill Country - and I’ll be sure to throw in a few random “scenic route” places.
