I’m just a girl, clinging to the age of 39, getting divorced w/ 2.5 YO twins. Yeah, that really wasn’t what I had in mind. The girl is the part of me that goes beyond being Jacob & Emma’s Mommy (JEMS). And that’s who’s writing this blog. Jacob & Emma are my two miracle babies, literally the product of God’s ability to answer prayers & grant those of us who deserve so little the most amazing things… Jacob & Emma Grace were born at 27 weeks. If there is ever a doubt as to whether or not God still performs miracles in this day & age, rest assured it is true because I look at two of them each & every day!

Faith Lifts There are many great bible study themed blogs out there, and it is not our desire to replace or over shadow any of them- We firmly believe that Christ is working mightly in the blogging world, and is using all of us! Faith Lifts, however, does want to be a bit different than the rest. Every day we all face struggles, disappointment and hardships. We sometimes feel as if we are traveling this journey alone, but that is where we at Faith Lifts want to help. We want to share His love and grace with you on the days when you need it the most. We also want to be able to just sit back and giggle like old friends from time to time!
