I quilt, bead, dye, and bejewel. And I'm always looking for other fun things to do with (or to) fabric. I'm a lefty who loves handwork and is learning to appreciate the machine. I consider myself a slacker in a good way. I don't follow rules if there's no good reason for them. And I won't do difficult things unless they are fulfilling. Life is too short.
I'm a full time programmer, wife, and mom struggling to fit in my passion for quilting. The hand quilting step of quilting is my favorite part of the process.
Hand Quilters This community is for quilters that mainly quilt by hand. Blogs in the community should be quilt-focused or at least have regular posts about quilting. The size and style of quilts you make doesn't matter, so long as you stitch the layers together by hand. Feel free to recommend this community to your handquilting friends~
