This is the blog of Lisa (Lively) Metzger. I am the keeper of our home, a help meet to Mark (a financial planner) and a Mommy to my seven precious children. - 4 Biological and 3 Adopted! I am a 2nd generation homeschool mom, meaning that I was a pioneer homeschooled child! I am enjoying carrying on our family's rich heritage of raising kids for Jesus, through homeschooling! Heritage Christian Academy is our homeschool and we live in a suburb of Charlotte, NC. We are a "Quiverfull-Minded" family who lets God plan our family, instead of us. We are allowing the Lord bless us with as many children as He sees fit!
