We are a self-help group for families in the midst of transitioning to "Life After Baby" that meets in Ada, Michigan. The two of us who started this group know firsthand the devastation postpartum mood disorders can wreak on a family, and the healing power of community infused with the love of God. We felt that starting this group would be a healthy step in our recovery, and a way to redeem the struggles we had to grit our teeth through by offecommunity to hold other's hands and bolster them through what is potentially a very challenging life stage. In this space, you are never alone.
