Eileen is a WAHM to four beautiful daughters and runs a nature based childcare program out of her Connecticut home.
As Waldorf-inspired homeschoolers, we're often asked to give people a map of our day. What exactly do we do ducommunity the day? And how do you homeschool a Fifth Grader and a First Grader at the same time? And how does the Waldorf framework work in the home? I wanted to create this blog as a place where folks can see what we're up to, give ideas to other homeschoolers, and maybe get ideas from others.
Waldorf-Inspired Homeschoolers This community was created in May 2007. We hope that as it grows, it can serve as a tool to connect families who have chosen to homeschool using Waldorf-inspired methods, either exclusively or in conjunction with other educational methods (unschooling, Charlotte Mason, etc.,) so that we may support and inspire each other.
